The 39 Steps
Richard Hannay was looking for something to spice up his boring life. His routine night out in the West End soon leaves him in the unprecedented situation of being the only person capable of saving London. Murder, mystery, and mayhem consume his life as he works desperately to clear his name and solve the mystery of "The 39 Steps".
A parody of the 1915 novel by John Buchan and the 1935 film by Alfred Hitchcock of the same name, The 39 Steps mixes the thriller genre with the humor of Monty Python. This show is sure to have you on the edge of your seats with laughter and anticipation.
We have reserved 24 tickets for the Sunday, February 16, 2020 matinee performance. The matinee showtime is 2:00 p.m., but club members should arrive between 1:30 and 1:45 p.m. to receive their tickets. Additional tickets can be acquired if necessary. Club members and their friends are welcome. We will be seated as a group. There will be front-row (handicap) seats available Please advise the Baileys if you'll need front-row seating.
Tickets are priced at $30 each ($5.00 discount for group+senior rate). Reservations can be made by either BLY12770@gmail.com, or calling 734-743-5760. Payments are due by January 18th. Please make your check payable to Johnine Bailey, and mail them to 14807 Park Street, Livonia MI 48154.
Arrangements will be made for a group dinner following the play.
