We will embark on an international road trip. We will circle one of the lesser Great Lakes in just one day. That would be Lake Saint Clair. We will meet at Sinbad's Restaurant. located at 100 St. Clair Street, Detroit, MI, along the Detroit River. They won't be open in the morning, we will just gather there and confirm that everyone has an Enhanced Drivers License and a full tank of gas.
From there, we will travel clockwise around Lake Saint Clair. We will stop at several interesting points along the way. We will stop for lunch somewhere around Algonac on the North end of the Lake. We will cross into Canada on the small Walpole Algonac Ferry and continue around the lake. Once we get back to Windsor, we will cross back into the US on the Gordie Howe Bridge and travel back to Sinbad's Restaurant to complete the loop and have a group dinner together.

We will cover about 170 miles in about 4 1/2 hours. With a few scenic stops along the way, it will definitely take more time. There might be a pickup point near Chesterfield for the North Side member's. They will join us for dinner at Sinbad's and on their way home, they will complete the loop. The directions will be easy, just keep the water on your right!
