Secure your King rooms on the first floor or 2 Queens on the 2nd or 3rd floors of the BayShore Resort (328 Toledo Ave., Put-In-Bay) for $200 per night all-in with taxes, subject to room availability. 

The Bayshore Resort operates as an Air B&B so the reservation process is a bit different (actually she will tell you that it is a "pain in the ..., well you know).

7.  Do you prefer a king room on the ground floor or 2 queen beds with a view on the second or the third floor (a more scenic view of the lake).

They will charge your credit card when you register. Full refunds for no stated reason can be received up to five days prior. Anything closer to the event date would have to go through Lisa Hunt, who tells me that they routinely make such refunds.

Please note that each person reserving a room will be sent two emails.  One is for the payment portal, where you will supply your payment card, for payment in full.  The second email will request a copy of the registrant's driver's license AND a selfie to verify that nobody is falsely using your payment card.

Just follow the steps in the emails.  Once everything is confirmed, you will receive an email showing that you paid.  If you do not receive this email then your reservation is NOT confirmed.  Even if you get an email stating that it is confirmed, you still have to get an email receipt showing that you have paid.  They verify that the card is yours before they put through the charge.

They do not have a restaurant, so no breakfast onsite. There are restaurants a short golf cart ride away, so some pre-trip planning is advisable;e. 

Lisa suggests reserving a room by August 15th in order to ensure that rooms are still available. This is a popular event and rooms fill up quickly.

You can rent golf carts for two or four or more on the island. Depending on where you rent from you may want to take an Island taxi rather than rolling or carrying your luggage significant distances. Try and get your golf cart near the Jet Ferry dock.
