Zelle® Payment - Quick Instructions
Why pay using Zelle®? - It works like an electronic version of a paper check and JAGM receives 100% of your payment with no credit card fees. You can still pay online with a credit card (not American Express due to higher fees) or by mailing a paper check. Click here for more details on all our Payment Options.
Caution! Paying with Zelle® is like paying with cash. Only use Zelle from your own bank's website or smartphone app. There is no separate Zelle® app to install and no application or setup fees.
QUICK INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Register for JAGM event or New/Renew Membership and select Invoice Me.
Click the Invoice Me button and exit the JAGM website. Wait for the emailed invoice.
Note: If you click Pay Online, you'll be directed to pay with your credit card.
Step 2 - If you already have Zelle® enabled with your bank or credit union
Open your bank's website or app on your phone and select Send Money with Zelle®. Send the amount from your invoice to treasurer@jagm.org. The money will be transferred from your checking account to our checking account in minutes.
Our treasurer will receive a notification of payment and will mark your invoice as paid.
TO ACTIVATE ZELLE
Check if your bank or credit union supports Zelle® for your personal account (they also support business accounts, but it will typically be your personal checking account that you connect to Zelle®).
