3rd British Car Corral

Updated: Sep 21, 2021

Sunday, July 18th was a sunny and warm day, with afternoon temps reaching mid-80’s. Our attendance at this third British Car Corral at Bakers’ was up substantially from our prior two events. And so was the attendance in general as Bakers’ was packed with great cars and lots of foot traffic.

I lost count somewhat during the afternoon as we shuffled cars around and eventually had most of the British cars parked in one area. We did have in excess of twenty British cars there. I counted five E-Types, one XK150, one XJS, one F-Type R, one XE and a number of XK8’s in the mix. Last month the non-Jaguar British cars in attendance exceed the Jaguars. That trend reversed in July.

It was a great sight to see many members with their cars there talking with the public and sharing their passion for Jaguars. Let’s keep the momentum up for the August and September events at Baker’s of Milford.
